About Me

Josh is a solicitor in Leman Solicitors Corporate Department. Originally from the U.S., he is qualified as an Irish solicitor, an attorney in the U.S. state of Virginia and a barrister (unregistered) in England and Wales. Josh advises clients on commercial contracts, IT contracts, venture capital investments, corporate structuring and mergers and acquisitions. He has a particular interest in American FDI companies in Ireland, as well as Irish tech startups.

Josh holds a Juris Doctorate law degree from Vanderbilt University and an LLM in international law from the University of Cambridge. He qualified as a lawyer in 2007 and began his legal career as a military lawyer in the U.S. Army. After making the move to Ireland in 2014, Josh worked as in-house counsel for two leading Irish startups before joining Leman Solicitors in 2016.
