We hope everyone is keeping well, hard to believe it's already October and the crisp and chilly Autumn mornings are now upon us!

In firm news at Leman Solicitors we were delighted this week to congratulate our four senior trainee solicitors qualifying at the end of this year, who passed their PPC2 exams with flying colours! They experienced an unusual 2020 attending Blackhall Place remotely and sitting their exams online, so a very well deserved congrats to Sharon, Ultán, Jill and Kris!

Last week LexTech hosted the highly successful and well attended annual CPD event The Future of Law & Technology in an online format this year, showcasing the best in digital and legal innovation.

With the theme for 2020 "Digital Legal Day" we enjoyed a host of legal and digital speakers, including a welcome from Minister for Justice Helen McEntee, and legal and commercial experts including Chas Rampenthal of LegalZoom, Glenn King of PEXA and Professors Daniel Lee and Chantalle Forgues. We hope you enjoy this week's articles below, including updates from our Corporate, Litigation and Employment teams.
