About Me

Síobhra is a senior associate in the Employment & Pensions Law team. Síobhra joined the firm from another leading employment team at Matheson, where she spent 11 years. Síobhra has expertise in a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, as well as employment issues arising in commercial transactions. Síobhra has specialist expertise in health and safety law, and was an advisor to the Health and Safety Authority. She acted on their behalf in a number of High Court applications and also advised in relation to third party discovery matters in personal injury claims. Síobhra holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin. Síobhra also holds a Diploma in Business Studies from LSB College, a Diploma in Employment Law and a Certificate in Pension Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland. Síobhra is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Employment Law Association in the UK, and the European Employment Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Committee of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland.
