About Me

Chris is a solicitor in Leman Solicitors’ Corporate Department and is qualified to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. Chris’ areas of practice include corporate transactions, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Chris trained in Leman Solicitors prior to qualifying as a solicitor. Chris is a graduate of Dublin City University where he received a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and Dublin Institute of Technology where he completed his postgraduate diploma in Legal Studies.

Recent Work Includes: 

  • The purchase of the business of a waste manufacturing plant for in excess of €5m;
  • The share sale of a nursing home business by an International Group;
  • Multiple Enterprise Ireland investments into Irish qualifying companies;
  • The investment by an Irish Private Equity Fund into an Irish medical diagnostics company; and
  • Assisting a US computer game and media retailer with corporate governance issues and entity simplification to include domestic mergers and voluntary strike off.
